Who I Help

I work with people age 12 and up from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences, from all across the spectrum of religious, ethnic, racial, cultural, sexual, and gender identity, at all phases of education and career. All are welcome in my practice. I can help with a wide range of life challenges. Mental health challenges I work with frequently include:

  • Anxiety disorders
  • Depression
  • Interpersonal problems (e.g., codependency, conflict)
  • Disordered eating
  • Addiction/recovery
  • OCD
  • Mindbody syndromes (e.g., chronic pain, irritable bowels, headaches, chronic fatigue)

I also help people who may not have a specific mental health diagnosis, but who are nonetheless experiencing difficulties in living such as:

  • Self-esteem concerns
  • Perfectionism
  • Unsatisfying relationship patterns and roles
    • As a parent, child, sibling, etc.
    • As a romantic partner
  • Identity development and exploration (e.g., sexual, gender, religious)
  • Difficulties advancing career or education
  • Not content despite high achievement
